If the 60" dome is lost and not tracking the telescope properly, follow these 5 steps:

1). From yellow ntcs window on flwo60, tele tasks, turn dome track off.

2). Reset vitrax (on wall in chart room), wait for dome to finish move.

3). From yellow ntcs window on flwo60, tele tasks, home dome.

4). From yellow ntcs window on flwo60, tele tasks, turn dome track on.

5). At this point you may enter new object coordinates, slew to that object and the dome will be in the correct position. Or, if you are already in the middle of an observation, from yellow ntcs window on flwo60, tele tasks, dome to az, set the dome azimuth to the approximate correct position (check xinst.go window for recent azimuth moves). The next time the tcs sends an updated dome position command, it will go to a more refined correct position.
