The most common cause of failure for the dome to move manually is the dome power being shut off! Check the switch located on the East wall of the chamber, labeled "MAIN DOME POWER." It should be in the ON position. There is a breaker in the "60" DISTRIBUTION PANEL A", located to the right of the TV in the kitchen area. This breaker is labeled 29. If it is tripped, reset it and try again. There is also a breaker located in a power box to the left of the "MAIN DOME POWER" box in the chamber that could trip. If this breaker trips repeatedly, the motor is suspect. If resetting this breaker doesn't help at all, try replacing the fuse in the "MAIN DOME POWER" box (call for help!).
