Today GOqueues was getting stuck on WASP77, which 
was in the manual queue. Allyson asked me to look into
the problem. 

The failure was that when one clicked on Edit for manual, 
it would pop a small window saying the target cannot be observer
between such and such times. Then 2 more popups appeared that never
got filled. By repeatedly clicking on the X top right, I got another
popup that said window not responding, do you want to quit or something
like that. To which I clicked yes, which killed GOqueues.

Then, I found Rob not running. 

My steps:
Rstop
Rstart
MONrobot
GOweather
GOqueues

GOqueues was still getting stuck as above.
I added WASP77 to the calibration queue, gave it reasonable start/stop times,
saved to server and saved to a file. I exited GOqueues.

I cleared the manual queue thus:
/home/observer/rts2-sys/bin/rts2-queue --queue manual --clear

Then,
GOqueues

I clicked on the manual queue, then loaded it from the file I saved.
It worked fine. At that point, Allyson added other targets to manual and 
kept WASP77 in calibration.
